Your Home Deserves More Than a "Good Enough" Clean
Air duct cleaning is not just about dust — it's about the air your family breathes every day. That's why we hold ourselves to safety standards that go beyond the minimum. From our inspection-first approach to our EPA-registered sanitizers and fully insured technicians, every decision we make is guided by one question: does this make your home safer?
We serve homes across San Antonio and a 60-mile radius — from Stone Oak to Alamo Ranch, Helotes to New Braunfels. Whether you have young children, allergy sufferers, elderly family members, or pets, our protocols are designed to protect every occupant. Here's exactly how we do it.
Our Cleaning Protocols
Every step of our process is designed to protect your home, your air quality, and your peace of mind.
Certified Technician Protocols
Every technician follows NADCA-aligned source-removal procedures. We contain the work area, seal off registers, and use negative-pressure HEPA collection so displaced dust stays in our vacuum — not your living space.
Pre-Service Inspection & Written Scope
Before any work begins, we inspect your entire duct system and provide a written scope of work. You approve exactly what will be cleaned and what it costs — no surprises, no upselling.
EPA-Registered Sanitizers Only
When sanitizing is needed, we use only EPA-registered products labeled for use in HVAC systems. Treatments are applied at label rates, and we provide the product name and SDS on request.
Containment & Air-Quality Protection
We use drop cloths, shoe covers, and sealed access points to protect your home. All openings are re-sealed with approved closure plates after cleaning — no temporary caps left behind.
Honest "Do No Harm" Standard
If we inspect your system and determine cleaning is not needed, we tell you. We will not create work that doesn't benefit your indoor air quality. Our reputation depends on trust, not unnecessary service.
Safe for Families, Pets & Sensitive Occupants
Our process is designed for homes with children, pets, allergy sufferers, and elderly occupants. No harsh chemical fogging, no ozone generators used in occupied spaces, and full ventilation before we leave.
Fully Insured, Background-Checked, and Proud of It
Too many air duct companies operate with uninsured 1099 contractors and no workers' comp. We don't. Every technician who enters your home is a W-2 employee, background-checked, drug-tested, and fully covered by our insurance policies. You can request a certificate of insurance at any time — no questions asked.
- General liability insurance — covers property damage and bodily injury on every job
- Workers' compensation — our technicians are fully covered, not 1099 contractors
- Automotive liability — our service vehicles are commercially insured
- Certificate of insurance available to any customer or commercial property manager on request
- Background-checked, drug-tested, and uniformed technicians in your home
